After a break up, you will likely find yourself experiencing one of the most difficult challenges of your life. Right now, you’re probably finding it hard to sleep, eat, and manage the simplest tasks. This website will provide resources and information to help you find your way through the pain and anxiety in the quickest way possible.

Here are a few helpful ground rules for managing this difficult time:

1. Realize you will get through this. The pain, hurt, anxiety, and frustration you’re feeling now will not last forever. There are proven, helpful ways to decrease your pain and anxiety. At this moment, it may feel like you’ll never be whole again. This feeling is common. It’s appropriate to feel great loss when a relationship ends. Remember though, you do not have to stay in this place of acute pain. You can and will feel good again.

2. If there are no children involved in this break up, the best advice one can follow is this: Avoid all contact with your ex! You will need time and space to take care of yourself without the threat of having to start over every time you make progress. You must make taking care of yourself the number one priority.

3. Healing is a choice. You must commit to your own healing. You cannot do this half-way. Decide you will take the necessary steps to start feeling better right now. You can choose to let nature take its course, or you can decide to take charge of your healing and progress. Helpful tips and advice are just a few clicks away. Taking a proactive role in your healing and empowering yourself with information can help you get back to feeling like yourself again.

Prioritize your well-being. Make feeling better your first goal. For now, don’t concern yourself with fixing the past or rushing into the future. Honor yourself and this experience. Know that you are not alone and that you can and will get through this.

Take some time and read the free articles. Arm yourself with positive, healthy resources. It is our sincere hope that you will be feeling like yourself again and looking forward to rich, happy, rewarding experiences.

At any time, if you’re ever feeling overwhelmed or worried that you cannot cope, please reach out for professional help or an appropriate counselor immediately.
